Prime Minister Imran Khan took notice of the rising price of flour in Punjab

Prime Minister Imran Khan has taken notice of the increase in the price of flour in Punjab and has issued an order to restore it to its old level immediately. Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed the Punjab government to take steps to reduce the prices of flour and said that the stockists should be caught or subsidized. Provide cheap flour to the poor, in any case the price of flour should be restored to the old level.

Strict action should be taken against hoarders. On the other hand, on the directive of Prime Minister Imran Khan, a major action has been launched against the hoarders. More than 16,000 tonnes of stored sugar was recovered during the raid and goods worth more than Rs 2 billion were recovered during the operation. The value of the exported sugar is more than Rs 1 billion. The sugar was kept in stores by sugar mills and private mafia while 716 tonnes of illegal stock of flour was also seized during the operation. Prime Minister Imran Khan has also been informed about the exported goods.
